The Build
Constructed as a premium new build from the ground up, the home was built to Daida Group's own exacting specification. The timber frame structure was paired with an air source heat pump, underfloor heating throughout, and a solar panel array — delivering both a luxurious living environment and long-term energy efficiency for its owners.
Inside, a dramatic gallery staircase and vaulted ceilings with full-height glazing create an exceptional sense of light and volume. The bathrooms were finished to the very highest standard, and buyers were invited to personalise their own kitchen style and flooring at no additional cost, ensuring the finished home felt entirely their own. A detached garage completes the plot.
